Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager will you be responsible for growing your assigned territory. This is a work from home position. However, you will be required to meet with clients in person if needed to further explain the benefits of our services or show them how to properly set up their accounts. This is a flexible position with high earning potential. This is not a salary position. Your earnings are based on a commission structure which means the harder you work the more you can possibly make.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Make outbound calls to prospects (cold calls) on average our Territory Sales Managers make at least 50 to 100 calls a day if working full-time or 25 to 50 calls a day working part-time. Receive inbound calls from potential clients who you left messages for. Meet agents, brokers or financial advisors at their offices or at a neutral location of choice. Ability to multitask while working at home. Overcome objections by using the CEO technique.

Provide a high level of customer service when interacting with insurance or financial professionals. Send and receive emails when needed. Must have a good internet connection at home. It is recommended to purchase a hot spot while traveling in between locations. Must have your own laptop computer or I-pad. Be proficient in using excel to keep track of visits and call logs. Maintain have reliable transportation

Pay Structure

Commission only no salary

  • Part-Time earnings: $50,000 or more (avg)
  • Full-Time earnings: $100,000 or more  (avg)

This opportunity is a 1099 position which means you will be considered an independent contractor.

What’s Considered FT/ PT Hours

  • Definition of working part-time: working a minimum of 25 hours a week
